HOTEL BOOKING

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kuoni Travel Ltd. will not be able to guarantee rooms after Februarry 22nd.

Rooms will be allocated on a “first come – first served” basis.

A first night deposit per reserved room is required to secure your hotel reservation. All payments are requested to be made in Swiss francs (CHF) during the online reservation.

The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit payment. A confirmation will be sent, including the name and address of the hotel.

PERSONAL INSURANCE
We recommend that all participants take out a personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
A deposit covering the first night of your stay is required to confirm your booking.

All cancellations and modifications requests must be sent to Kuoni Travel Ltd. in writing (email, fax, or letter). The cancellation refunds are the following:

  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival – full refund less 5% handling fee
  • From 30 to 8 days prior to arrival – 1 night hotel accommodation will be charged.
  • Less then 8 days prior to arrival – no refund.

In the event of no-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and all payments will be non-refundable. Full reservation stay will be charged after the first day of no-show.

Early departure fee: Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed.
