Exhibition space rental
The price for 1sqm exhibition space is CHF 550 per square meter. This includes:
- Two Exhibitors’ badges
- Coffee breaks and lunch for 2 registered exhibitors
- One power outlet per stand

Space allocation will be made on a “first come, first served“ basis. The terms and conditions of exhibiting will be sent with the contract.
AcknowledgementsPlease note that all sponsors and exhibitors will be acknowledged in the final program.
Cancellation policyCancellation must be made in writing to sponsorship office. The organisers shall retain: 50% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation is made before 20/01/2012 and 100% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation is made after 01/03/2012.
